I cannot compliment enough how great this small business is, and I highly recommend anyone trust their vehicle with family, like Charlie, over any other “chain” garage.

So many other shops were quoting me with high prices but Charlie was able to get the repair done at a fair price and did it for me quickly. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you're worried about a repair shop overcharging you or not doing a quality job. I'll definitely go back to Car Tech for my next repair.”

While I waited for my car I watched him carefully explain to several customers what was wrong with those vehicles, the cost Be the time frame before those problems became serious. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here for oil changes , diagnostic or serious repairs.”

“5 Star Standup People! Had smoke under hood and whipped in to Car Tech on 90th St and San Victor. They found a rubber moulding that had fallen on the exhaust manifold - took it out and sent me on my way. No Charge! Granted it was only a 7 minute fix, but most wouldv'e charged me $20.00 at least I'm sure. Thanks Again Guys.”

“Charlie is a lifesaver. I walked in without an appointment urgently needing a new coolant reservoir and he immediately pulled my car into the shop.

He was very helpful in explaining exactly what went wrong and what needed to be done. He even offered to replace a bulb that was out in my headlight, and a belt that was damaged.

He ordered all the parts that day and within hours it was fixed. And most importantly, the price didn’t break the bank. Now I won’t go anywhere else to get my car worked on. Thank you Charlie!”

We met Charlie over 5 years ago, and right from the start, we were family! He has fixed our vehicles from that point on and we will NEVER go anyplace else. He does take personal pride in what he does and that is so hard to find these days. We moved from the east coast, and when we moved, I was concerned that we would never find another mechanic like we had back in Maine. BUT, Charlie was head and shoulders above what we had back there. “I went to Car Tech as I was shopping around for the best price for replacing my front struts and strut mounts on my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. The price Charlie quoted me was so good, I was a little skeptical of how the price was so much cheaper than other local shops. This was mostly due to a previous bad experience with an unrelated small auto shop.
However, Charlie quickly proved me wrong and went above and beyond my expectations. Charlie could tell I was worried about getting screwed over so, he took me back into his shop and showed me the brand name parts fresh out of the box and assured me that this was not "that type of shop" and at this shop "I would be treated like family". Charlie and his team even finished the job sooner than expected.”

“If every mechanic was like Charlie the world would be a better place! At first, he gave me a very reasonable quote on a substantial repair, but when he learned that the problem was not as bad as originally thought, he called me and told me that it would cost about half as much. Considering I was already going to pay the full amount and would have never known the difference, I was shocked. What a class act. There is no other place in Scottsdale I would recommend over Car Tech!”

“At first I was pretty nervous, Charlie sounds a little intimidating over the phone for a 20 year old girl! Once I got there he was very genuine and wrote me a mini list of what needed to be fixed, even said I could have my dad call him in case he needed further explanation. “Charlie and Car Tech was recommended to me and I only wish I'd known about them sooner. I took my car here with an AC issue and within an hour I was told what was wrong and what it would cost to fix. The car was done that day and Charlie even took me and dropped me off at my office nearby. After collecting the car, I developed another problem which I assumed was the transmission that I'd had rebuilt a year ago. Charlie told me to bring it back in. His guys looked at my car and had it fixed (the wiring harness) within a couple of hours, all at no charge. The person who recommended me said that Charlie loves what he does, he treats you like family and is honest with you about what you need or don't need. I could not be happier with the 2 services I've had so far and I recommend Car Tech to everyone.”
